Co-founded and scaled a vertically integrated apartment and homebuilding company ranked as Crain’s 17th largest homebuilder in Illinois; assumed sole ownership in 2000.
Led the business to design, build, rent, manage and sell over 6 thousand residential units from start-up to a peak of $100M in annual revenues.
